MADEIRA CANYON CLUBHOUSE - Henderson, NV

The project consisted of a single story wood and steel frame recreation center consisting of Fitness, Flex, Board Room, Kids spaces, Multi-Purpose spaces, Massage facilities, locker rooms, office spaces, etc. totaling about 8,250 SF. Clubhouse is located in a gated Country Club community. Site amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts and a basketball court.

BELLEVUE (MEYDENBAUR) CONVENTION CENTER - Bellevue, WA

PROJECT TYPE: New Ground-Up Construction

This project is a convention center in downtown Bellevue, WA that features a 36,000 SF exhibition hall, 410 seat Performing Arts Theater, 12,000 SF of meeting space and a 2,500 SF Executive Conference Space. At the time it opened, it was Seattle's second largest convention facility. Construction was steel frame, concrete and curtainwall and the facility also features a full service kitchen and in-house catering.

CONESTOGA GOLF CLUBHOUSE - Mesquite, NV

This project consisted of a high end 6,693 SF golf clubhouse including the 1880 Grille restaurant and Pro Shop plus a 6,613 SF golf cart storage basement. Wood and steel frame construction with stone veneer and rustic sheet metal roofing. The clubhouse, restaurant and cart barn are part of the Gary Panks designed, award winning, Conestoga Golf Course located in Mesquite, NV.

RUSH-COPLEY PHYSICIANS OFFICE BUILDING - Aurora, IL

PROJECT TYPE: New Ground-Up Construction

This project is a physician's office building, part of the 166,000 SF, $53 million Rush-Copley Medical Center campus located outside of Chicago in Aurora, IL.

The facility attaches to the hospital and contains four (4) stories with a lower level, an on-site coffee shop and cafeteria. Construction was steel frame, concrete and glass curtainwall.

LIBERTY CENTER - Henderson, NV

PROJECT TYPE: New Ground-Up Construction
SQUARE FOOTAGE: 22,000

The steel framed, Silver LEED Certified, Liberty Center has multi-purpose rooms, a fitness center, an indoor pool and an indoor warm water pool, a warming kitchen, offices, locker rooms and storage. The site is approximately 7.7 acres and features bocce courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, BBQ patio, outdoor pool and spa. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are heated by solar thermal panels designed on the roof.

BELL TOWER SHOPS (Saks 5th Ave, Talbots, TGIF) - Fort Myers, FL

Bell Tower Shops, located in Fort Myers, FL, is an open-air 353,763 SF premier fashion shopping destination.

Project consisted of tenant build out for Talbot's women's apparel chain, a renovation for TGI Friday's Restaurant and Bar and new 40,000 SF ground-up construction for Saks 5 Avenue.

CLUB ALIANTE FITNESS CENTER - North Las Vegas

This project consists of a 6,234 SF recreation and fitness center with meeting, lounge and library spaces and includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and spa. Also included with this project was a 650 SF guardhouse at the entrance to the community.

SPRINT CUSTOMER CARE FACILITIES

PROJECT TYPE: New Ground Up
SQUARE FOOTAGE: 201,000

This project consisted of two (2) back to back Customer Care Centers for Sprint PCS. The first Customer Care Center was 96,000 SF and located in Charlotte, NC. This was tilt-up concrete construction that was fast-track completed in 69 days. The second facility followed completion of the Charlotte facility and is located in Bolingbrook, IL. This too was fast-track tilt-up construction and 105,000 SF. This project was complete in 72 days.
